Journii Walker is a business growth advisor, accountant, and strategist that helps business owners, CEOs, and CFOs secure business funding for growth and expansion even when traditional banks say no. Additionally, Journii manages business affairs for well-known and well-loved public figures, musical geniuses, and busy entrepreneurs around the world. Previously she served as a business advisor, creative strategist, and business strategist to Grammy Nominated Hip Hop Star Tobe Nwigwe. In addition to working with Tobe Nwigwe, she has worked as an independent A&R, business advisor, and strategist for many other well-known and well-loved companies and public figures, including Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.
Journii has spent most of her career, over 18+ years, managing, educating, protecting, and advising celebrities, public figures, emerging stars, musicians, rappers, singers, songwriters, producers, recording artists, CEOs, CFOs, and entrepreneurs from all industries.
She is also a songwriter, singer, mc, artist, music producer, and multi-instrumentalist. Journii plays violin, piano, acoustic + electric guitar, bass guitar, and cello, and loves composing drum tracks on her Maschine Mikro and MPC. As a classically trained vocalist and instrumentalist, Journii realized her love for music when she was just 2 years old.
Academic and musical scholarships were awarded to her in college. While double majoring in business administration with an emphasis in accounting and classical music voice performance in college, she also gained further knowledge and training in commercial music, music production, music business, marketing, and taxation. In 2008, at the age of 22, Journii opened her entertainment and consulting agency, Journii Walker Music, with her mother and business advisor Elaine Walker by her side. In those days, her love for business ownership and entrepreneurship began to blossom.
Journii has shared the stage with, written for, produced for, and worked with some of music’s most dynamic artists, singers, songwriters, musicians, rappers, and producers and earned the praise and support from several Grammy Award Winning and nominated musical geniuses, music lovers, and business owners worldwide.
